 Dottie is the owner/CFO of Liufau McCall Insurance Group. Dottie graduated from the University of Florida in 1982, has lived in Destin with her husband, Jim, since 1984 and has over 40 years of industry experience. She enjoys volunteering in the community, the local school system, and her church. Dottie and Jim have two married children, Katie Liufau Davies (Brad) and Carter Liufau (Ansley), and five grandchildren; Luke, Jacob, Easton, Henry and Benjamin. In her free time Dottie enjoys being with her grandchildren, boating, and traveling. 

 James is the Agency Principal and Owner of Liufau McCall Insurance Group. Born and raised in Destin, James McCall has more than 25+ years of insurance experience as a commercial lines specialist. He is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to each of his clients. James handles every aspect of property and casualty insurance, specializing in coastal high risk/high-value properties and businesses. James believes in creating a comfortable and friendly office environment and prides himself in forming trusted relationships with local business owners insuring some of the largest corporations on the Gulf Coast. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him on the water or in the woods. 

 Brad is a licensed 2-20 agent with 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry. As an original member of the LMIG family, he is proud to be a part of its success and growth over the years. He is knowledgeable in all personal and commercial insurance areas and enjoys assisting his clients in finding the right coverage for their most valued properties and possessions. Brad is originally from Inverness, Florida, where he grew up doing all his favorite outdoor activities: fishing, hunting, and golfing. He attended the University of Florida and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2011. He and his wife, Katie, have lived on the Emerald Coast since 2013. They have three sons, Luke, Jacob, and Easton and their dog, Brody, is the office pup. 

 Mary is a multiple licensed insurance agent with 20+ years of sales and management experience. She got her start with State Farm and learned the value of customer service and attention to detail. Today, as a founding team member of Liufau McCall Insurance Group, Mary cares deeply about its success, which can only be achieved by putting her clients first. Growing up in the Niceville/Valparaiso area, she enjoys the beaches, bayous, springs and creeks-specifically paddle boarding and kayaking. Yoga is her year-round passion! Mary is available for all your personal and commercial insurance needs. 

Brantlee has been happily married to Ramsey for an impressive 29 years. Ramsey would argue that a few of those years have been good years. Together they have raised four children: Lawson, Logan, Clay, and Evelyn. Brantlee completed his education at the University of West FL and proudly holds his degree. As a native Floridian, he has a deep-rooted connection to his home state. In 2013, he made the decision to settle down on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Since 2015, Brantlee has been working in the insurance industry, applying his practical mindset to help people navigate their insurance needs. He takes pride in providing valuable assistance and guidance to his clients in this challenging and ever-changing Florida insurance market. When he's not working, Brantlee enjoys the simple pleasures of life. He loves music, spending time at the beach, and engaging in outdoor sporting activities.Brantlee values his community and actively participates in the Good News Methodist Church. This connection allows him to find hope, joy, and peace in a crazy world. Brantlee's down-to-earth nature and straightforward approach to life make him relatable to others. He finds contentment in the simple joys, cherishing his family, his community, and the beauty of the Emerald Coast.

Tyler is a 2-20 licensed agent with over 8 years experience in the insurance industry. He joined the Liufau McCall team in 2019 and specializes in finding the best home insurance carrier for each client’s specific needs. Whether it is your dream beach home or a 90’s themed AirBnB, he is dedicated to finding the coverage that protects what is most important to you. Tyler is a Walton County native and calls Freeport his home with his wife, Bethany, and his son, Jace and daughter, Dori. 

Carter Liufau is a licensed insurance professional with Liufau McCall Insurance Group, serving clients across Florida with a focus on property and casualty insurance. He brings a strong background in retail management, where he developed proven leadership, operational, and customer experience skills that support both client relationships and agency growth.

Carter also has carrier-side experience, having worked on the marketing team for one of Florida’s top insurance carriers. This role provided valuable insight into carrier strategy, product positioning, and underwriting communication, allowing him to align clients with appropriate coverage while setting clear expectations.

He is leading the expansion of Liufau McCall Insurance Group into Central Florida, overseeing market strategy, referral development, and operational execution to ensure consistent service and sustainable growth.

Carter lives in DeLand, Florida with his wife, Ansley, and their two sons, Henry and Benjamin, and remains committed to protecting the families and communities he serves.
